About Brian Martin Coaching

About Brian Martin

Brian Martin coaches executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want clarity, momentum, and growth—without losing what matters most.

Brian holds a B.A. in Music from Cal State Long Beach and a Master of Fine Arts in Music. His foundation in music shaped how he thinks about mastery: focused practice, disciplined execution, and doing the important work even when it’s hard. He brings that same approach to business and leadership, drawing from principles like Gary Keller’s “The ONE Thing” to help clients cut through noise and move with purpose.

Brian began his real estate career during the 2007 economic crisis, learning quickly how to make progress in difficult conditions by building his business through foreclosures. His growth and leadership didn’t go unnoticed—Brian was asked to lead and recruit for a local Keller Williams office, where he became the #1 recruiter in the company.

Over time, Brian felt called to pour deeper into people. He began coaching within Keller Williams MAPS under the direction and leadership of Dianna Kokoszka (author of Becoming More). Over the past decade, Brian has coached 500+ entrepreneurs and executives 1:1, helping them strengthen their leadership, improve sales performance, realign their focus, and build happier, healthier, more prosperous lives.

Brian is a lifelong student of leadership and personal growth. He was recently part of a Dianna Kokoszka / John Maxwell coaching cohort to sharpen his tools and expand what he brings to clients. He’s always reading, learning, and improving—because he believes the best coaches are the ones who stay coachable.

Brian’s coaching is direct, practical, warm, faith-forward, and relatable. He coaches the whole person—personal, professional, and spiritual—because real success requires alignment, not just achievement.

When Brian isn’t coaching, he’s with his wife and three children, supporting his church family, traveling, running, or drinking home-roasted coffee.

If you’re ready for clarity, structure, and honest coaching that challenges you to grow—personally, professionally, and spiritually—apply now!
